Comprehensive Spine Care, P.A. was established in 1996 and is one of the most skilled spine practices in Bergen County and the greater New York area. The group comprises Board Certified Orthopaedic Spine Surgeons with expertise in all aspects of care for spinal conditions including degenerative disc disorders, sports and work-related spine injury, scoliosis, tumor surgery, minimally invasive surgery and cervical disc replacement.
The practice also includes a Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist offering Pain Management intervention.
At Comprehensive Spine Care we approach all patients with the philosophy that surgery should always be the treatment option of last resort. The surgeons at Comprehensive Spine Care will obtain a thorough history of your symptoms and injuries and personally review all of your diagnostic tests including X-rays, MRI’s, CT scans, and previous treatment recommendations.
We believe the majority of spinal conditions can be treated without surgical intervention. Comprehensive rehabilitation plays an important role in our non-surgical management of most spinal conditions. Additionally, pain management and interventional procedures, such as epidural injections may complement treatment pathways.
When all non-surgical treatment options have failed to alleviate our patients’ pain and quality of life is impacted, surgery may be recommended. Our surgeons are experienced in the most contemporary minimally invasive spinal surgery and will develop a surgical plan that is unique and best suited for your specific condition.
